These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the gempak99 platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at gempak99.vu ("the Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless context otherwise requires:

2.3 Single Account. Each individual natural person may hold only one registered gempak99 account. The operation of multiple accounts — including accounts under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. gempak99 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any Funds contained therein.
2.4 Personal Use. Accounts must be used solely by the registered account holder for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not allow any third party to access or use your account.
3.1 Registration. To create a gempak99 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name (as per MyKad or equivalent government-issued identification), date of birth, email address, and Malaysian mobile number.
3.2 KYC Verification. gempak99 requires KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed. KYC documentation typically includes a clear photograph of a valid government-issued identity document (Malaysian MyKad front and back, or equivalent). gempak99 may request additional documentation at any time, including proof of address or proof of payment method.
3.3 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify gempak99 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account. gempak99 is not liable for losses resulting from failure to maintain account security.
3.4 Accuracy of Information. You warrant that all information provided to gempak99 is accurate and not misleading. Any material misrepresentation — including false identity, falsified documents, or concealed age — entitles gempak99 to immediately close the account and void all associated Funds.
4.1 Deposits. gempak99 accepts deposits via FPX, DuitNow, Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and Visa/Mastercard. Minimum deposit is RM20. Deposits are credited to your account within the timeframe stated on the deposit page, which is typically instantaneous for FPX and DuitNow.
4.2 Withdrawals. Minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawals are processed to the verified Malaysian bank account or e-wallet associated with your KYC-approved account only. gempak99 targets a processing time of 1–3 business hours, though exceptional circumstances may extend this period.
4.3 Currency. All transactions on the gempak99 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). gempak99 does not bear responsibility for any exchange rate losses incurred if your bank applies conversion.
4.4 Anti-Money Laundering. gempak99 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. gempak99 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence, delay, or decline any withdrawal where AML obligations require it. You must not use gempak99 for any purpose related to money laundering, financial crime, or the proceeds of unlawful activity.
Important: Withdrawals will only be processed after successful KYC verification. gempak99 is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or pending KYC documentation.
5.1 General. gempak99 may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload credits, and other promotional incentives to account holders. Each promotion is subject to specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry dates.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. Unless stated otherwise, only real-money wagers (not Bonus Fund wagers) contribute to meeting withdrawal thresholds on real-money balances.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. gempak99 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts, in the event of: (a) misuse or manipulation of bonus mechanics; (b) coordinated play between multiple accounts to exploit promotional terms; (c) placing opposing bets across accounts to guarantee outcomes; or (d) any other conduct reasonably determined by gempak99 to constitute bonus abuse.
5.4 Amendments. gempak99 may amend, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Material changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players.
6.1 Game Outcomes. All slot and RNG table game outcomes at gempak99 are determined by certified Random Number Generators independently audited by third-party testing laboratories. gempak99 does not control or influence individual game outcomes. Live casino games are conducted by human dealers in real-time in accordance with the rules of each game.
6.2 Prohibited Conduct. The following conduct is strictly prohibited at gempak99:

6.4 Malfunction. In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome or settlement of a game, gempak99 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager amount. gempak99's decision on malfunction settlements is final.
7.1 By gempak99. gempak99 may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend or permanently close an account where: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) regulatory requirements necessitate it; (c) the account is implicated in suspected fraudulent, criminal, or AML-related activity; or (d) the account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
7.2 By the Player. You may close your gempak99 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any real-money balance (excluding forfeited Bonus Funds) will be returned to your verified withdrawal method within the standard processing timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
7.3 Inactive Accounts. Accounts with a zero balance that have been inactive for 12 months or more may be closed by gempak99 without notice. Accounts with a positive real-money balance will be contacted prior to closure.

10.2 gempak99's aggregate liability to any individual player shall not exceed the total value of real-money funds held in that player's account at the time the relevant claim arises.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by gempak99's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
Your personal data is processed in accordance with gempak99's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described therein, including for KYC, AML compliance, and service personalisation purposes.
gempak99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be notified to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your account before the effective date.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent court to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
14.1 In the event of a dispute regarding the Platform, game outcomes, account management, or any other matter governed by these Terms, you must first contact gempak99 customer support to seek an informal resolution. gempak99 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve it within 14 calendar days.
14.2 If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, you may escalate the matter to the independent dispute resolution body designated by gempak99's licensing authority. Details of the escalation process are available upon request from customer support.
14.3 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which gempak99 holds its gaming licence. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any legal dispute arising from these Terms.
